Secufer was born from a simple observation: on construction, civil engineering and railway sites, safety is too often treated as a constraint rather than as a skill in its own right.
After forty years in engineering, civil engineering and on the railway network, José Da Silva wanted a structure where every site is prepared, supervised and checked by certified professionals. Secufer Sàrl set up in Corcelles, in the canton of Neuchâtel, and obtained the federal LSE licence for staff leasing and placement.
Today, the company supports more than fifty partner companies, from Geneva to the Jura, with the same rule: a single point of contact, verified profiles, no grey areas.
We do not sell hours. We work tirelessly so that every person we send to a site knows exactly what to do.
